**Review in Progress**On my gosh, the school principal is crazy and scary! The manipulation ability he has is unnerving for the students (and some teachers) of Class E! That is what sticks out the most to me that will later impact the series more from this volume. It starts off with a baseball game in which the principal takes over to try and continue to put class e "in it's place." Why one would want a class to do badly is still beyond me. With how the poisonous guy is, perhaps he should be leading the assassination team (hehehe).A new PE teacher throws the class into new chaos as they learn to trust themselves and those that educate them. This new teacher is a military loon! His methods are less than savory and I wonder about his own mental well-being. This volume reveals a huge potential weakness for Koro Sensei. Also a hidden but popular teacher shines bright and takes the class by surprise. What this means, I will leave the readers to discover for themselves. A good addition to the series!

Yet another super quick volume with such amazing art. I love every volume so far of this series and I'm so glad I own up to volume 15!

A nice blend of humor, psycho teachers and inspirational moments. But I still have so many questions that were not resolved in this volume.

Koro-sensei's "restrained or neutral" face is my favorite Assassination Classroom cover image so far. Author Matsui's mini-essay at the end of the book let me know just how much effort went into what seems like such a simple image.

Still delighted with this series. It's not the greatest manga ever or anything, but it's much better than it could have been. In lesser hands, this would have been all mindless violence and fan service. Instead, Matsui takes an absurd premise, and develops the characters to the point where we care about them. Koro Sensei genuinely has the best interests of his students in mind, and cares about their education and well being even as he urges them to try and kill him. The students love their teacher even when attempting to assassinate him, and their sense of camaraderie is palpable. There are countless manga series where, by volume five, I'm struggling to recall who the characters even are, assuming I haven't just given up on it. Assassination Classroom is different, and I'm still loving it. Recommended!

I did enjoy this volume just because we got a little bit more of Karasuma as a character, and I actually realized I really like him as a character! I've been pretty indifferent to him this whole time, but I really realized he's an asset as a character in this series. The principal is such an interesting character and I love how Matsui-san draws out his interactions with people as if he's using magic of some sort. The power of words is often undervalued, so I really enjoy the way Matsui-san shows this. He also does this when dealing with Nagisa as well, who is also quite a mysterious character too.I really do like this series and I am bummed I have to stop it here for now and wait until the rest of the series comes out. I know I will be really looking forward to returning to it in the future!!

The most boring of the covers in this series so far (and one I found highly amusing despite that fact) hides a great volume. The exciting end to the baseball game started last volume, the introduction of a new teacher, and the most bad ass assassination attempt to date.As always, looking forward to the next volume with this one.

While the baseball opening chapters are, well, baseball chapters, the bulk of this volume introduces us to a new teacher, Takaoka. It's a fairly long story, and one of my favourite ones yet in AC, showing that AC can tackle some serious and somewhat dark themes at the same time as being funny and silly, a balance it strikes easily in a way few others can. The artwork is still really great.

I'm really starting to warm up to Karma and Mr Karasuma! The chapters were really good this time around, and Nagisa's gender has been identified. Lol. But I really do hate the principal. He's creepy. -_-

This principal is the real bad guy. He's such a jerk. I hope to see Koro Sensei beat him into a bloody pulp. And Nagisa is fast becoming my favorite character. I'm looking forward to seeing where his story will end up.

The cover of this is BEAUTIFUL. This is my favorite Koro Sensai face. Also, Nagisa I'd amazing and one of my favorite moment in the series thus far happened in this volume. I can't wait for volume 6!

Ha Ha... oops i haven tread this thing since APRIL! I forgot how much I love this series and am glad I had the drive to continue reading.I love the story and all the characters because its just SO absurd! Every volume always makes me laugh and cheers me up as I read. In this volume there was the continuation of an extensive baseball match and the ongoing battle between the principal and Koro Sensei continues....I am really looking forward to carrying on with this series :)

The only peak in this volume is when Akira Takaoka joins the school and challenges Karasuma Sensei’s capabilities of training the students to be a great assassin. The detailed review is here: Time to Show off a Hidden Talent

This volume has the second part of the exhibition games between class D and the advanced classes. Sensei gives some really great advice that leads the class to take pride in themselves. It was a lot of fun seeing Koro as a coach. especially since he was disguised as a baseball for most of the volume.

I thought it was humorous/serious manga. It was pretty good. The series isn't that bad.
